Teams are competitive and practice two to three times a week, as well as tournaments and indoor training. LCSC coaches are provided and must maintain a minimum of a United States Soccer Federation "D" license and "Risk Management Card." Travel is more of a commitment at this level. To be put on a team, players must come to tryouts which begin every year on the third Saturday in June.
